Training Band

The Training Band meets on Monday evenings at the bandroom: 6.30 to 7.30pm.

The present conductor of the Training Band is Liz Hinchliffe.

Run by playing members of the Senior Band, the Training Band was established to encourage the re-development of banding in the town and to ensure the continuation of banding in Todmorden.

Its members consist of:

Players of moderate ability

People who have just recently started to learn

Players from the Senior Band

The band plays a wide variety of music with the emphasis on enjoyment.

During the year the band will play concerts for local organizations.
